Google Jobs GL Parameter Countries
The gl parameter value is a two-letter country code. When used in Google search queries,
the gl parameter boosts search results whose country of origin matches the parameter value.
Assigning a specific value to the gl parameter in Google Jobs requests enhances the relevance of the returned search results.
