The TikTok Profile Following API returns the accounts a TikTok user follows, with each account's username, display name, bio, avatar and counts, plus a summary of the profile.

API Parameters

Search Query

  • Name

    Description

    Parameter defines the TikTok username whose followed accounts you want to retrieve. You can use the username with or without the @ symbol.
    For example, @stoolpresidente and stoolpresidente will both retrieve the same list. Required unless next_page_token is provided.

Pagination

    Parameter defines the token used to retrieve the next page of followed accounts. It is returned as pagination.next_page_token when more accounts are available.

Each followed account carries its position, id, sec_uid, username, name, bio, avatar, avatar_hd, is_verified, is_private and its followers, following, hearts and posts counts, with a link that opens the account on TikTok. Pass pagination.next_page_token back as next_page_token to get the next page of up to 30 accounts. The profile's following count can be higher than the number of accounts TikTok lists.
