Retrieve the sports results Google shows for a team, league or game: a team's or league's recent and upcoming games with scores, venues and UTC start times, the league standings with each team's rank and stats, or the details of a single game. Pass the kgmid of a team, league or game, and choose the games or standings tab. Games grouped under round headings, such as a league's matchdays, are returned in game_groups; other games are returned in games. Each game, team and league carries its own kgmid for a follow-up request, and each season in standings.seasons its kgmid to pass as season for that season's standings. When Google shows no sports results for the kgmid and tab, the response carries an error instead.

    The Knowledge Graph identifier (kgmid) of a team, league or game, starting with /m/ or /g/. For example, /m/06l22 is Real Madrid, /m/02_tc is the Premier League, and /g/11zg365shs is one Premier League game. A team or league kgmid is its Freebase ID or Google Knowledge Graph ID on Wikidata. The kgmid of each game and team and the league_kgmid in the response can be passed as the kgmid of a new request.

    The tab of a team or league page to return. Available options:

    • games (default): recent results and upcoming games.
    • standings: the league table with each team's rank and stats.
    A game's kgmid always returns the game itself, whatever the tab. Google does not serve these tabs for every league: for leagues such as the NBA and the NFL, tab=standings without season can end in a 503 error and tab=games can return only the few games on the team's or league's page.

    The season of the standings to return, for tab=standings. Pass the kgmid of a season listed in standings.seasons of this kgmid's standings, such as /g/11vs_26ffm for the Premier League 2024-25 season. Defaults to the current season. A season of another league returns an error instead of sports_results. An id Google cannot answer ends in a 503 error.

    Set this parameter to true to disable all logging and persistent storage. No request parameters, HTML, or JSON responses are stored or logged. Suitable for high-compliance use cases. Debugging and support may be limited while enabled.
